NBA Finals Betting

The NBA Finals are taking an extra day off today and game #5 of the NBA Finals will be played tomorrow, Sunday, June 13th, 2010. The series is currently tied at 2 games a piece, with game #5 being played in Boston.

As much as I want the Boston Celtics to win, the above picture sums up Kobe Bryant’s reply to that. Kobe Bryant may be a cocky, arrogant, ball hog of a player, but you cannot doubt his intensity and there is not one single player in the NBA that can match his drive to win the NBA championships.

NBA Betting Lines

Online sportsbooks such as Bodog currently have the Boston Celtics favored by +3 points (-105). I would take the Lakers at +3 points (-115) because I don’t believe Bryant is going to go back to LA without a 3-2 series lead.

Bodog also has the Over/Under totals at 188 points, which indicates that online betting experts are predicting this to be a low scoring game which I would have to agree with.

Regardless of what happens, this game is going to be a lot more interesting than any World Cup game tomorrow!
