In the 3rd spot, we have the Boston Celtics ranked #3 to make it to the NBA Eastern Conference Finals, even though they are going into the 2011 NBA season with pretty much the same team that took them to the NBA Finals, plus Shaq. The Boston Celtics are predicted to go 51-31 this season.
